This was a complex, interesting and time-sensitive turnkey project with the goal of significantly bolstering the security of the client’s IT communication systems. BSWi rose to the challenge and successfully completed the project within several months.

The delivered solution incorporated a wide range of technologies and solutions, including IT infrastructure, information and facility security, and advanced administrative services installed over 2 independent facilities.

One of the most interesting and challenging aspects of the project was the real-time synchronization of the 2 facilities; ensuring data backup and enabling agency personnel to access files and assets from both facilities.

BSWi’s security solution comprised several different layers. These included advanced access control systems (ACS) at the facilities’ main gates, lobbies, and sensitive areas; the implementation of networking and end-point devices; and information security protocols.

All systems were connected to the facility control rooms, where algorithms and cutting-edge video analytics software analyze all the data collected, and alert security and IT personnel in case of abnormal activity.

The administrative solution we provided included the installation of an entirely new IT infrastructure; an IP communication solution (telephony, conference calling, and video conferencing); storage and file sharing; and even the design and launch of a new secure agency website and portal.

Further to the original contract, BSWi personnel continue to operate and maintain the systems deployed.
