As part of our client’s smart city project, BSWi was asked to supply its unique 3-D mapping solution with advanced 3-D modeling and visualization.

The solution offered rapid collection capabilities and consistently high-resolution 3-D mapping and modeling of the entire city. This allowed the client to cover large areas both quickly and efficiently.

Our comprehensive solution included the provision of all necessary infrastructure to support the entire 3-D mapping production cycle: flight planning software, aerial collection system (payload + high-wing aircraft), 3-D automatic processing units, and an advanced analysis suite.

The systems and technologies were housed in a designated, on-premises 3-D mapping center. They supported an extensive range of domains and applications, including town planning, border security, mega events, multiple safe and smart city applications, tactical planning, intelligence gathering, critical infrastructure monitoring, deviation detection, and construction.

BSWi developed and realized a comprehensive on-the-job training program led by a team of in-house mapping experts. This ensured that our client could fully exploit the different features offered by our 3-D mapping technologies and solution infrastructure.
