BSWi successfully reactivated and recommissioned a central satellite communications hub for a government agency to provide a reliable, high-speed internet service to the agency and its branch offices via satellite.
As part of this turnkey project, we tested and commissioned a range of advanced ground segment equipment and end-to-end services. The hub’s integrated VSAT systems allowed our client to exploit the full potential of both wide-beam and high-throughput satellites.
The government agency and associated offices across the country now enjoy enhanced communication and internet services, allowing them to better serve the citizenry.
Additionally, BSWi designed and implemented a comprehensive technical training program to ensure that the client could correctly utilize all the associated systems and make optimal use of the services provided.
The client was extremely happy with the solution and the significant improvement to the relevant agency’s communications capabilities. This ambitious project was completed on schedule and within budget.
